Nice Swedish pancakes! We were seated right away at a nice booth, though we noticed the booth next to us had a huge rip in the seat that needs to be fixed. The decor is… interesting. There are Walmart dorm room-esque mirrors screwed into the walls above every other booth. Definitely gives vibes of being an older building. The menu is quite large. My dad and I both ordered the Swedish Slam and we shared a sweet roll as an appetizer of sorts. The sweet roll was basically a cinnamon roll with some cream cheese frosting. The frosting was a bit too tangy for my liking, but the roll was nice and soft. The Swedes were quite good, they had a nice texture and slightly sweet taste. The bacon was excellent as well, not too thin or too crunchy. The eggs were okay, a little too much browning for my taste. The salt was stuck in the shaker as shown in the picture, which I assume means there’s too much moisture in the air in here. Overall as very interesting place to go for breakfast.

Everything was delicious except the swedish pancakes - they were doughy tasting to the point that we did not eat them. But - the bacon, eggs, ham, potatoes, and sourdough toast were amazing - and, real eggs.

In Rockford for a series of charity events this past weekend. My boyfriend and I went on Mother’s Day so it was a little busy but the food was decent and the service was great despite how many people were dining. They have so many different things to choose from so I will definitely try something new next time!

Went here for breakfast, Cinnamon French toast breakfast was very good, 1/2 order of biscuits and gravy was ok, biscuits was great, gravy so so. Vanilla Pecan waffle was amazing!! Service was a little slow taking orders, but you will never run out of coffee. Pretty clean place, staff was nice.

Great place to be at, the staff was lovely and friendly and the food was pretty good! It's a small, comforting restaurant and we headed there on a Saturday morning and it wasn't too crowded or loud. You have a lot of variety with the menu and I have no complaints about it! The seats are all divided by screens and there are many seats available so you kind of have your own privacy. We'll return 💕🌸
